The venue exceeded our expectation, we were staying in one of the serviced apartments on the 18 floor and appear to have been upgraded to a 2 bedroom, the unit was fully kitted out with all the normal things you need for a self-contained unit. beds - 1 x king and 1 x Queen good indoor pools and reasonable gym close to a number of tram stops and 10 min walk to Southern Cross Station.

Very warm ladies at the front desk and uncomplicated check-in. It was a pleasure to check in and out with the ladies! :) The location right on the water was very nice. Directly opposite the Melbourne Convention Center, there are many restaurants and shopping options. Absolute peace in the Apartment. Very comfortable bed.

We were met at the office by a very friendly member of staff who showed us to our apartment, which was modern, well sized with a nice city view. The apartment located on the Yarra riverside north bank. There's plenty of footbridges that take you to the excellent south bank where bars restaurants and the excellent Crown casino are sited within easy walking distance, as is the Botanic gardens and museums. There's a swimming pool with sauna and jacuzzi on site which was nice. 2 minute walk to the tram stop with amazing free trams within the city CBD boundary.

Amazing accommodation and facilities in the most fashionable part of Melbourne. Facing onto the river Yarra with local bars and restaurants nearby. Helpful team on reception and good arrangements for late arrivals.

We were booked into a two bedroom condo with a River View. If you book be sure and get a condo with a view. The condos are nicely furnished but nothing fancy. You can cook light meals, do laundry as there is washer and dryer. The location is right on the wharf and easy walk to trains and trams.
I would recommend this over a hotel.

I had a wonderful stay here. It feels like you were in your own house. It has a kitchen with utensils. I was given a best price per night. All staff are very helpful. Will look forward to stay here whenever I visit Melbourne.

If you book this condo be sure and get one with a river view. It makes all the difference. These condos are nicely furnished but nothing fancy. If you like having the option to be able to cook some meals on your own this is a great choice. You also have a washer and dryer which is nice if you are there for an extended stay.

The only place I’ll stay in Melbourne. Just minutes walk to DFO, trams, food courts, restaurants. Highly recommend. Pool, sauna, steam room!! Rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious. We are always looked after being returning stayers and upgraded ☺️

Room was spacious and had everything we needed, everything was so close by which made getting out and about so easy.

Great property! We had a nice view of the Yarra and the property was perfect for the two of us for a long weekend. Comfortable bed, quite spacious, and good kitchenette. There is a variety of great restaurants downstairs and across the river, with easy access to trams and shops as well. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property.
